During each three week session, the PGT Kids take classes in Acting, Dance and Voice, as well as fun electives such as Improv, Accents and Dialects, Yoga, Shakespeare and more! The afternoon is devoted to rehearsals, where students work with their director to create an original piece of virtual theatre!
Students are encouraged to apply all of the skills they are learning in their classes directly into the rehearsal process, making each day, and the program as a whole, a cohesive (and fun!) creative journey for every student. The culmination is a live and recorded virtual performance of poetry, music, monologues, scenes and dance which is infused with the unique energy of the cast.
New material is covered in each session and we look forward to having many of the same students from session 1 return for session 2. Students registering for both sessions receive a discount! Or combine either session with one of our new 1 or 2 week programs!
